Digital publications

The books shown on this site are digital editions, not printed products. Each book page describes its subject, format and price in US dollars. No purchase is possible here until a live checkout link is displayed. The amount finally payable, including any applicable taxes, will be shown before an order is confirmed.

Checkout and delivery

When purchasing is enabled, checkout, payment and digital delivery will be provided by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for those transactions. Its checkout will present the payment terms and delivery details. If a download does not arrive or cannot be opened, contact us with the title and your order email address.

How you may use a publication

Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive licence to read and use the digital publication. You may save a copy for your own use. Please do not resell, redistribute or publicly post the file or substantial parts of it without permission.
